We provide a seamless, tailor-made service in which we:
  • Interview staff personally
  • Match their training and experience to your needs and budget
  • Provide you with full profile, CV, photo and reference
  • Apply for the work permit where necessary (all candidates come on renewable contracts for between one and five years)
  • Arrange all inward travel to your door
  • Keep in contact with both client and staff to check progress and offer a mediation service if required

    We currently have a strong portfolio of chefs, reception, restaurant and housekeeping staff from 3-5* hotel and cruise ship backgrounds.

    What do we charge?
  • Kitchen and Heads of Department 10% of salary plus any work permit fee
  • Reception, restaurant and housekeeping from £395 plus any work permit fee (free replacement for up to 4 months)
  • If the placement doesn't work out then we offer a free replacement service for up to 12 months depending on the grade of staff and permit status
